Order Confirmation
Please allow up to 7 days for processing as prints are made on order, but in most cases orders will be filled within 2-4 business days. Please be noted that your Paypal receipt will serve as successful transaction slip. Kindly check your mailbox and keep it for reference. To review your order and transaction details please follow the link of transaction ID in your Paypal receipt.
Shipping & Handling
Great care is taken in preparing prints for shipment. All prints will be shipped unframed in an extra strong 3" diameter postal tube. Depending on the dimension of print purchased, postal tube in different lengths will be used. For multiple purchase with different print dimensions, postal tube for the largest print will be used.

We ship internationally via Pos Malaysia Registered mail. Due to the local Post Office policy, we are unable to ship to Israel. We will keep you updated when the service is available. Arrival timing varies due to customs requirements within each receiving country. Please be noted that the service secures the signature of the addressee or the addressee's representative upon delivery. If you received a notice left by the postman, please pick up you package at post office indicated or arrange redelivery AS SOON AS POSSIBLE. Otherwise,it will be considered as unclaimed and return after 15 days ( or 30 days).

Refunds & Exchanges
With the sturdy postal tube, all shipments are guaranteed against damage. If your print is damaged in transit, you may return it and it will be replaced by a copy with the same serial number at no additional cost to you.

Orders that are returned to us due to incomplete or incorrect address provided will not be returned to the customer and will only be resent at the customer's expense. Additionally, orders that are abandoned by the customer for any reason will not be returned to the customer and will only be resent at the customer's expense.
